These men plcm the Wciy lor our expedltlon A school board of which we are extremely proud: Mr. W. B. Anderson, secre- tary, Mr. W. C. Norman, president, Mr. John Henry Allen, vice president, Mr. Lexie Woods, and Dr. William Harville. They play a major role in supervising Crossett's complete school system and deserve a large portion of the credit for Crossett's fine educational program. Crossett's Junior High School was voted to be named after Wm. C. Norman, general manager of the Crossett Company. It was pointed out that the Norman name has long been associated with the progress and growth of Ashley County and Crossett. Both Mr. Norman and his father contributed greatly to the develop- ment of our school system.
