The Chieftain staff consists of a select group of juniors and seniors who take on the difficult task of putting together the school yearbook, the Chieftain. Staff members work hard to plan unique pages, draw layouts, fit copy, crop pictures, and add final touches, all in a great rush to meet the dead- lines. But to finish these pages and put together the entire annual also takes the work of photographers, photography editor, typists, business man- ager, editors, and the sponsor, Mrs. McCumber, who oversees everything and makes sure that things run smoothly. Overall, this year every member of the staff worked together to create a book filled with memories of the 1980-81 school year at Cross Keys. Newman - Editors
