MARCHING BAND CROSS KEYS BOASTS SUPERIOR BAND It takes talent as well as many hours of practice to become a musician. The members of the Cross Keys band practice diligently every day to perfect their rhythm, technique, and marching routines. They play at the half-time of every football game and at most of the assemblies. They usually have two concerts during the year and participate in parades. CONCERT BAND 68

MAJORETTES HI-LIGHT C.K. HALFTIME Throughout the year the Majorettes have many activities in which to participate that the great majority of Cross Keys students do not know about. Aside from marching with the band at football games and twirling at assemblies, they perform with the band in the Spring Festival and in parades. Cross Keys can well be proud of its Majorettes, for they are hard workers whose finished product has gained them prestige. 70
