CREATIVE ABILITY IS INSPIRED BY VOCATIONAL ARTS Top speed and efficiency are the aims which each business student strives to achieve. Courses in typing, shorthand, and accounting are offered to students interested in entering the business world after graduation. Through frequent practices and performances the band and chorus have reached a new height of perfection. Home economics is be- coming more important in preparing girls for their future roles as homemakers. Students learn to use tools and materials constructively while studying industrial arts, mechanical drawing, and art. PHYSICAL EDUCATION STRESSES SPORTSMANSHIP AND TEAMWORK Body building and muscle toning are the prin- ciple purposes of physical education. Physical edu- cation classes play volleyball, baseball, basketball, badminton, and other sports. While students par- ticipate in these sports, they learn not only how to train their bodies but their minds as well.
