Senior Class Program THE PARTING OF THE BRAVES On May 20, 1956, the sacred parting ritual of the Tribe of 1956 was performed. Medicine Man Riveland was Master of Ceremonies and Chief Big Storm Olsen assisted. The History of the tribe was read by Janice Little Flower Buer; Statistics by Doreen Running Brook Knudson; Sacrifice by Beverly Turtle-dove Rodvold; Prophecy by Bernice Dancing Fire Fly Dohm-streich; and Poetry by Erlys White Wing Hunt. After a stirring war dance, the Braves and Maidens closed with the class song and parted for new trails.
