Tharp, King, Rambo, THREE: Harmum, Shoemaker, Kangas, Spring, Rutledge, Hinkleg ROW TWO: Adams, Sims, Colerick, Bentley, Mrs. Worthington - Stoneburner, Gruey, Russell, Perry, Evelandg ROW The high school Librarians, under the direction of Mrs. Worthington, have given the library a new look this year, with new shelves, separate reference section, three metropolitian newspapers, thirty five magazines, and newly shellaced books. The Librarians sponsored a dance in November to make money to upgrade the library equipment. They have also had continuous appropriate seasonal exhibits in one of the new display cases in the hallway. It is an integral part of homemaking, providing opportunities of additional experiences in planning and carrying out homemaking activities for students. Our chapter's highlights of the year included the State Convention, at which three delegates and one State degree candidate represented C.H.S. Our program for the year was based on Education Builds a Nation . The State Project was Know, Serve, and Appreciate Ohio. CIE CE CLUB ROW ONE: Spring, Stoneburner, Sowers, Loggins, Morrison, Ferguson, Jeffers, Lynskyg ROW TWO: Mr Traver, Maxwell, Hunt, Maier, Hammer, The Science Club, newly organized with Mr. Traver as advisor, is composed of students with active interests in science. This club permits them to discuss current topics in this field. The high point Probasco, Piccone, Cherry, ROW THREE: Moore, White, S ines, L evering, Rice, Alexander, Ball, Swinehart of the club was the annual Science Fair, with prizes going to the winners. The club also heard lec- tures .by scientists explaining the career possibilities in the field of science.
