SECOND ROW: Wolfe, LeRoy, Wolfe, Pletcher, Dillinger, Morrison, Cope, Pletcher, Spires, Glaneman. THIRD ROW: Whitehouse, Dozer, Thomas, Gossman, Wood, Tauge, Stigler, Sprankle, Hutchins. FOURTH ROW: Mr. Sexton, Allen, Downey, Whitehead. We are very proud of our eight band members: Beth Allard, Susan Watts, Rose Peterson, Stephenie Sopko, Georgeann Willison, Lee Pletcher, and Jim Orrechio. Our activities this year included intramurals for both boys and girls. As for winning games the boys were much more successful than the girls. Last, but not least, we would like to give special credit to our honor roll students, who have aided greatly in helping our class to gain more prestige in the eyes of our upper classmen. THIRD ROW: Miss Snell, Lear, Me Neal, B. Moore, M. Moore, Houk, Barringer, Plotts. At the beginning of the year Miss Snell and Mr. Sexton, the two homeroom teachers, welcomed fifty-nine boys and girls into the realm of junior high. After school got underway we held our first class meeting at which we elected the following class officers: President ................ Mike Baughman V. President ............. Susan Watts Secretary-Treasurer....... John Allen Georgeann Willison and Jim Dozer are our representatives to the Student Council.

SEVENTH GRADE FIRST ROW: Smith, Stought, Watts, Zinn, Yoder, Dorsey, Clark. SECOND ROW: Johnson, Jackson, Rosser, Inman, Filkins, Briggs, Savage, Dusenberry, Smith. THIRD ROW: Maxwell, Russell, King, Downey, Denman, Talbot, Saunders, Reed. FOURTH ROW: North, McLaughlin, Trussell, Miss Eswine, Watts, Coleman. On September 4, 1956, sixty-three excited greenies reported to Mr. Henning and Miss Eswine. During our first year of junior high we participated in many school activities. Most of our boys went out for junior high football, basketball and track, while many of the girls are in the CHS band. We held a Halloween, a Christmas, and a Valentine party.
