On September 4, 1956, forty-eight eager freshmen reported to Mr. White and Miss Tackett. The freshmen are well represented in the extra curricular activities of our school. They have members participating in football, basketball, track, band, glee club, and F. H. A. They are looking forward to their sophomore year. At the beginning of the year Miss Snell and Mr. Sexton, the two homeroom teachers, welcomed fifty-nine boys and girls into the realm of junior high.
