His strong forward drive and excellent passing was witnessed by many a football fan during the l962-l963 season. His individual performance complemented the untiring endeavors of the rest of the team. He has lettered in football for the past three years. John was chosen for the Canal Zone All-Stars in the l962-l963 season, one of only four from Cristobal High. We lost this game, but John won praise and increased his already outstanding ability on the gridiron.
