Besides teaching religion and science, Brother Liguori encourages the Social life of his students by attending the mixers and dances sponsored by the school. It is on these occasions that students find out that Brotheris ease of manner in the classroom is surpassed only by his friendliness out of class. uDo you wanti to iiafribeiftihe hiifietiin 7,000 times?w Anyone who has theipleasiire of having Mr. Joseph Patton for a teacher hascffirobably heard that state- ment, among others, many-8-time. For Prof not only gives his pupils a good background in mathe- matics. but also spices his classes with those humor- ous little yarns and anfzcdntes that have endeared him to the hearts of so many. Going to and fro everyday from way down south in Packerville, Prof has been the object of many a practical joke, but his finessense of humor enables him to have an appropriate rebuttal for any witty comment that a student may come up with. The students at Cretirriiiave a great respect for Mr. Patton both as a teacher and as a friend.
