Twenty-six seniors received scholastic VCU pins, The following seven people received gold MCU pins: Harold Daum, Paul Jensen, Beth Knight, Price May, Lorna Jeane Swanbom, Betty Wild, and Rollo Wild: These Received silver pins! John Frew, Eunice Schrein, and Wanda Steiner. Bronze pins were awarded to the following: Wilma Davison, Alice Drevo, Mervin Fangmeier, Bernice Gardner, Mary Jo Kobes, Gwen Lannom, Gladys Nespory, Shirley Pflasb terer, Evelyn Prasek, Eva Prochazka, Dorothy Eine, Donna Lee Slepicka, Harry Smith, Robert Spinar, Wayne Wheeler, and Donald Winkler. Of the juniors, two, Beth Ann Mekota and Lumir Papik, received gold pins. Bronze pins were earned by Patty Conrad, vEldon Darrington, 'Arnold Daniel, Mertha Hessheimer, Loa Jean Ireland, Dorothy Maca, Esther Pebker, Leona Prasek, Phyllis Rethmeier, Are lene Sobotka,' Frank Spinar, Florence Stejskal, Eloise Weidner, and Warren Williams. Verlee Bouska and Margaret Hall received sil ver pins in the sophomore group iBronze pins went to Phyllis Bahner, Katherine Frew, Lois Loetterle, Evelyn Mundt, Clarence Papik, and Bonnie Jean Slepicka Three freshman boys received bronze pins, They were Donald Fink, Elvin Papik, and Richard Williams, g LETTER CLUB BANQUET The annual :etter Club banquet was held April 26 at the St James Hall. The dining room was decorated with red, white, and blue streamers, and several large American flags adorned the walls and many small flags were arranged about the room to blend in with the patriotic theme.
