Smodic I l 3 3 'Q' '12 N'1?:f',5IK , P X' ,.,- I have been especially pleased and grateful to the Class of 1975, since becoming Crest- wood's new Superintendent of Schools. I have become acquainted personally with many of you. Your concerns have put into motion the beginnings of programs and activities that will affect and benefit very greatly senior classes to come. For this we are grateful and we want to thank you. Each of you is to be congratulated on your significant achievement. Your graduation rep- resents the beginning of a new and demanding phase of your life. Dependence upon your parents and teachers will be but a memory. In a relatively short period of time many of you will face difficult challenges and exciting opportunities. We know each of you is capable of meeting all challenges and taking advantage of all opportunities. I wish for all of you a future filled with health, success, and happiness. Dr. William J. Smodic Principal Andrew T Paterson A few years ago Crestwood was known as a small county school with little to offer either in academic or athletic achievements. Today you Seniors have contributed to and are benefitting from our rapid progressions toward academic and athletic excellence. Be proud to say you graduated from Crestwood. Andrew T . Paterson , Principal Assistan t Principal Bernard Qkuniewski The completion of a high school education in a year that has seen a greatly troubled world and many problems in our nation offers many challenges to the graduating senior. Congratulations to you on your achievements and best wishes to you in your future endeavors. Continue to strive to further your growth in knowledge in order that you the solution of its problems and its continued progress. may aid mankind in Bemard I . Okuniewski Administrative Assistant Theodore I. Geffert ! At a time when you think constant fluctuation and disorder are basic to our culture, remem- ber man has always been confronted with fundamental problems. Yesterday, today, and tomorrow man has and will have to deal with the problems of love , war, tyranny, economics, courage , fate, and the supernatural. However, to find happiness within life, you must set forth for yourselves ennobling goals and tenaciously strive toward them. Remember always when you fall to rise again in pursuit of your objectives. Congratulations and best wishes to all the 1975 graduates. Administrative Assistant Theodore J. W.B. A .V.T.S. offers thirty-six different shop courses to over 1500 Vo-Tech students. The knowledge and skills learned in each shop today will provide opportunities for success in The World of Work Tomorrow. W.B.A.V.T. S. is different from the traditional classical educational setting - instead of recitations we have the practical doing of things - operating a lathe, drawing a blueprint, feeding and operating a computer, restoring an automobile or land- scaping a property. Upon graduation the Vo-Tech student who has fully applied himself in his or her trade or Technology Courses will be privileged with smelling the sweet smell of success. Such is the life of the vocational-technical student - expert through expertise. Charles D. Wysocki, Disciplinarian fgfifw-'.f ' A A 'T A '33 'M' r3..4l 5 is '4dM1 Htl 6' fr ,, ?
