THE TIIIRD RUNG May we introduce ourselves? In reference to the high school ladder, we have conquered the third rung. VVe are the junior class, 104 in number. This year has presented us with an entirely new character. Last fall, we welcomed permission to make a partial selection of our subjects, rather than the previous routine of studying whatever may have been placed before us. - VVe have many successful students. YVe'll see you next year after we embark upon JUNIOR CLASS OFFICERS LEFT TO RIGHT-President Mar- ilyn Bower, Secretary Don Waltz, Vice-President Don Eklund, Trea- surer Paul McKee. THATS US! Ah, sophomores, the age when you consider your- self not quite as bad as the freshmen, a little brighter than the seniors, and just twice as important as the juniors - that's us! Although we like to act as though we are wheels to the freshmen, we always find ourselves turning to our upperclassman friends, the juniors and seniors, for advice. Our class, which numbers approximately 115, has always had a good average on the honor roll. Besides scholastic ability, we are famous for other things too numerous to mention! Yes, it's a wonderful group, our sophomore class. the top rung of the four-step ladder. SOPHODIORE CLASS OFFICERS LEFT TO RIGHT - Vice-President Amy Clark, President Vince Bradley, Treasurer Julie Hawks. Not pictur- ed is Secretary Garlyn Davey who moved to California. FRESHMAN CLASS OFFICERS LEFT TO RIGHT - Secretary Kar- en Driskell fseatedJ, President Gary Dwyer, Vice-President Tom Son, Treasurer Larry VVerth. 221 Page Sponsor QUITE A GROUP, WE FRESHIUEN VVe freshmen are really quite a group as there are about 140 of us. Upon entering Creston high school last fall, we realized that we would at last be a member of this great student body. XVe were not green freshmen, however, and many of us have taken an active part in extracurricular activities. VVe're sure you will all agree that we are typical freshmen, out for fun and adventure.
