V .V K . nb They did now excite themselves over the question of the erection of a new refuge which now stands ready to accomoda e many more Pilgrims Now behold this valiant band did begin their third year of Wandermgs and truly was this year one of exceedin great pleasure and prosperity For their Wanderlngs did lead them to a Fairer home large and happy And this year did they stop at lnterpreter Smith s home and they were given much to refresh them and were made more Joy ous Now it came to pass that a Spirit called Genius did descend upon this gallant band and lo the Spirit gave unto them Athletic and Literary Pilgrims And Envy arose among the other bands and they long anxiously and with expectant heart for the Visit of the Spirit Genius And now did this Band seek to leave to other Pllgrims a book in which all their deeds were set down Long and zealously did they strive to do so but many things did prevent its accomplishment Then did the third year wax old and this band did lead to the Castle of Hospitality another band soon to leave the Land of Pilgrimage and they did regale them and send them on their way refreshed Thus did end the third year Now it did come to pass that this band of Pil rims with numbers diminished did reach the last year of its so Journ Fl he band did greet this year several new leaders but they proved themselves wise Pilgrims It was yyith great sadness these Xnd this year did the Pilgrims wander in a daze and they did see ahead of them a brilliant li hted place the home of Pil rim Herrlnf And they did stop here and enjoy themselyes many hours Here were tht lfaders lynn a chance to see themselyes as others saw them This time did they stop near a Great wilderness by the name of Petzniclc and many eatables were disposed of Now these Pilgrims in reward for ability and worthiness were alloyy ed to wear pin representin their ovyn band But verlly did the end approach and as in a dream the Pilgrims saw the end For the mists did clear and behold at a little distance hence they saw the Celestial City of Wisdom And at the narrow gate stood two hvures to welcome the band And besides the figures there were Rolls of Parchment And each did yearn to possess one roll For venly it is the passport to the Celestial City of Wisdom the City that hath no bounds M l T Pilgrims did part with Leader Parsons who had been with them through Valleys and the Fields of Calculations in two years of travel.
