Me loam mm PAUL FLINN-As director oi instrumental music, he helped contest winners and county band mem- bers over the rough spots. He will always be remembered at the basketball rallv. He advises the Broadcasting Club. ZOE ROSS-As director of the vocal department, she has produced an outstanding girls' chorus. All singing activities, climaxed by the operetta. are her forte. She sponsors the Scrapbook Club. IOHN F. SALONEY-The seniors finished a successful year under his guidance. Physics, science, and mathematics classes complete his day, along with being the mentor of the Visual Aids Service. PHILIP STETSON-A linquist of considerable scope, he teaches Spanish and English at C. H. S. The junior play was a success under his direction. LOUISE GAUNTNER--This junior history and mathema- tics teacher is also adviser of the junior class. The library is her responsibility and the Penn- sylvania Summary Attendance Reports occupy her time on the first oi every month. ANNE ECKLEY-Latin and junior English are her spe- cialties. She is the senior play director and fol- lows up as Dramatics Club adviser. an faculty. BERNARD A. CRISTE - Sophomores enjoy both his classes, biology and American history. The Hunt- ing and Fishing Club like his fish stories as well as his talks on equipment cmd his advice. LEON HUE-Biology and science come to life in his classes. A pleasant smile and a cheerful word for everyone are typical Hue attributes. He heads the Biology Club. MARTHA CONNELL-Her council room is a haven for pupils with personal problems and for career- minded seniors. She teachers three classes of freshman English besides being guidance director. gt

MRS. ARDATH NELSON-History is her major subject and That's the second whistle is her major say- ing. She is physical education teacher and ad- viser of the Girls' Athletic Club. ALMA FLINN-With a B. A. from Saint Francis, she teaches our Eighth Grade English and mathema- tics. Algebra I also tops her list. The Eighth Grade hold her advice as the last word. MRS. ELIZABETH LARIMER-The Tomahawk cmd Pow- hatan have been her pets for many a year. Iournalism and English are her field, while the Knitting Club is her project. jhey laura ' upon Lux. PAUL S. VARNER-If a member of the Industrial Arts class isn't a capable carpenter ,it isn't the fault of the teacher. He sponsors the Home Mainten- ance Club. BARBARA LANG- A stitch in time saves nine is a good motto for any of her classes. An interesting F. H. A. Club program is her aim for that group. She is also sophomore class adviser. WALTER KOSOSKI-An artist with originality and stylo. Art classes with Mr. Kososki are very enjoyable. He is a capable assistant football coach. GEORGE H. GILLUNG-Cafeteria financial matters and commercial classes fill his day. To the Business Education Club goes his advice. FREDERICK CORNELL-Commercial subjects are his forte.
