You know the deadline is todayl This headline will never fitl are cries which come from a small corner ofthe East building, the Cresconian office, where each month agitated reporters gather to report their hot news. The staff of the Cresconian has tried to sustain the principles founded in its policy: To develop a high quality of school spirit and sportsmanship, to support worthy school and community enterprises, to co-operate with faculty and students, to express student opinion, to uphold scholarship. The multitude of problems and difficulties that arise when working on the Crescon- ian are definitely overshadowed by the fun and satisfaction derived from the finished product Qui! ana! Sm! Nine students were accepted this Year into Quill and Scroll, an International Honor- ary Society for high school journalists, a chapter of which was established in CHS in l954.
