CRESCO HIGH GOES T0 WAR HONOR ROLL Always in our hearts, though it may he unspoken, is a gratitude to the men and women, once members of our high school, who are serving in the armed forces of our country. Of our class, Melvin Mlady left in his third year, and James Hochberger and Floyd Gunderson in the first semester of this year. An Honor Roll on which are three or four hundred names, an Honor Roll touched with the light of gold stars is eloquent witness of the shining contribution Cresco High School is making to the cause of human freedom. How shall We measure their courage and beauty? Their sacrifice how shall we merit? How match with our own their devotion to duty? How answer the hopes We inherit?
