All the extra-curricular enterprises, including the student assemblies on Friday afternoons are sponsored by this group. The student activity ticket method of financ- ing was used with a great deal of success again this year. Janet Drollinger, David Loughrey and Lloyd Henning have also been promoters of pep, leading yells in assemblies and at athletic events. Twenty

Girls' Club The Girls' Club of Cresco High aims to foster better school spirit, create an in- terest in extra-curricular activities, and develop a better appreciation for music, art, and literature. Officers for this year were: president, Catherine Connolly, vice-president, Ruth Champling secretary, Freida Cohen: treasurer, Maxine Palmerg sponsors, I1'ene Seivert and Merna Shipley. The year's programs consisted of a talk by Attorney Lyons: a musical evening by Mrs. Katherine Bird. Mrs. W. L. Barker, Helen Kakac, Muriel Luers, Jane Bur- gess, Doris Kakac, Mrs. Allen: a varied program at the joint meeting: a review of the Passion Play by Mrs. Cerney of Northwood: and a program for mothers.
