If . . ..................... .,,,,,,,,,1 SENIOR CLASS HISTCFZY ln the fall of 1922 thxrty three Freshmen organized and elected the fol lowlng officers Pres Clifford Chandler Vlce Pres Delta Banning Sec Treas Everett Kendrick Sponsor Mrs J C Conrad This year was one of the happiest we witnessed ln C H S The following year our class consisted of thxrty Gve members who met and elected the same officers except Ruth Shelton as Sec Treas and Mr Young sponsor This year was the pepplest of our school career As Juniors we were Indeed glad to know our class had grown mstead of decreased having thlrty slx enrolled The following officers were elected Pres Delta Banmng Vxce Pres Merl Freeland Sec Treas Margaret Law rence Sponsor Mrs J C Conrad On May 10th we partxcupaled ln a very On September 15 1925 twenty nme Senxors met for the last hme to re organnze the class of 26 We elected the following offncers Pres J C Clark Vice Pres Clnfford Chandler Sec Treas Everett Kendrick and Sponsor Prof R H Boyer After a few weeks a staff was elected to complle and edlt Vol V of La Storla On February 4 the Senior class presented Mammy s Lll Wxld Rose to a crowd of fxve hundred people ln the hlgh school audxtorxum n February 5 the followmg appeared nn the Guthrxe Danly Leader Marrnage Lxcenses to Vyron McFadden and Mlss Dorothy Butler both of Crescent this undoubtedly was the greatest surprise the members of the Senlor class or ln fact the whole hugh school ever had The Semors to show their attxtude gave a rec ptxon at the home of Dr and Mrs Butler for the newly weds ln the ev enlng of May 15 we were present at an occasion never to be forgotten It was the Junior Senior Banquet of 1926 To our great regret we are sorry to leave the halls of Crescent Hugh School but reallzmg our future IS before the Semor class of 26 we are very glad to know that we have gained our knowledge ln thus our Alma Mater an 'W IIQQCDI W' n llllllllllll llllllllllllllllllllllllIIllllllllllllllllllllllllIlllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllIllllIIIIIlllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllIlllllIllllllllllllllllllIllIllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllIllllllllllllllllll ' ' 1 ' L . . .
