The Drama Dept. presented three major productions. In the fall, they did A Raisin in the Sun, which played to much critical acclaim. During the spring, Kenny Long directed an evening of Black scenes, poetry 8 essays called Collage, and Miss DeMirjian directed the final production. Play production is the advanced course in Theatre Arts which is geared to all aspects of producing S mounting a play to be performed in front of an audience. lt includes instruction in how to prepare for work in the professional theater and the film S television industries. - Adviser Carolyn DeMirjian k Scenes from Raisin in the Sun.
