CCCSM Staff Every CCCSM student must make contact at some point in time with one of the most integral parts of the School . The Admissions Office. The Office staff is re- sponsible for providing a number of crucial student services, including processing the enrollment applications, test scores, and scheduling appointments with the Dean. Admission Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dean Thomas Pickens, 2nd from rt., heads a staff that includes, from left, Veronica Rickett, Michael Reed, Mark Grandusky, and Rhonda Broadnax, seated. Rickett and Broadnax handle the paperwork, while Reed and Grandusky are responsible for taping the School of Ministry classes. uiim. Need help? The Admissions Office is the place to go.
