The stu- dents articipated in before, during and ager school. These included band, vocal music groups, student council, National junior Honor Society QNIHSJ, cheerleaders, Panther Pals, newspa- per and yearbook. Students in these activities worked 'above and be- yond' to make the '86-'87 school 4 ag Y-3,,,zg X ' JW- i' inf, . w W, m', 'W,' W year at Creighton one of the fin- est . Each of these groups served the school uni uely, as well as raising funds for the entire student body. Fund raising included magazine sales, candy sales, bake sales, pop sales, and dances. Dances, pep rallys, and school pro- grams were set ucp and enhanced by these school lea ers.

Andrea Bailey organizes her first box of candy at an NJHS meeting. NJHS sponsers Mrs. jan Brady and Mrs. Marilyn Freegard discuss NIHS business. Officers Amy Figgs and Cara Miller pay close attention to the NJHS meeting, National junior Honor Society is a service organization at Creighton Middle School where students with a two-point grade average and no negative citizenship problems qualified for membership. Mrs. Jan Brady and Mrs. Marilyn Freegard were the sponsors during this school year. The NJHS service projects included helping with 'Special Olympics', a fashion show and raising money from selling candy bars. The profits for the sale helped sponsor student activities such as student dnaces.
