Senlor Class ll-lllstory 1955 1956 As we started into our four years of hugh school we were bashful and very scared Nancy Wllklnson was our president, Larry Mayfield was our vice president, Sue Kipp was secretary Jim Sheek was treasurer Elsie McClure was reporter, and Alfred Hansen was our student council representative Our sponsor was Mr Arlm Brown who was Creede s coach Jlm Sheek left before this year was over Fresh man Initiation was the highlight of the year 1956 1957 Our Sophomore year brought about changes an our outlook on high school for we were much wiser in the ways of life Our class officers were President, Larry Mayfield vice-president Alfred Hansen secretary Sue Kipp student council representative, Nancy Wilkinson Rogers, reporter Elsie McClure Mr Gary Stephens a new teacher was our sponsor Nancy Wilkinson married Lonnie ter Our money raising prolect was a Halloween Carnival which was a bug success 1957 1958 The bug event of our Junior year was the Junior Senior Prom and Banquet The decoratmg took three weeks of hard work The theme was TWILIGHT TIME We earned money from concession stands at ball games to help finance the Prom Nancy Rogers who graduated from school this year was our class president, Elsie McClure was vice president, Larry Mayfield was secretary Alfred Hansen was treasurer, Sue Kipp was reporter, and Mr Stephens was our sponsor 1958 1 959 Our Senior year finally arrived Big events were putting on Freshman Init: ation, our annual, Junior Senior Prom, senior tnp, baccalaureate, and com mencement Alfred Hansen was president, Elsie McClure was vice president Sue Kipp was secretary treasurer, and Ronme Leslie, a new student, was student council representative Our sponsor was Mr Stephens, our new Superintendent Larry Mayfield left our school when his parents accepted teaching posltrons at Branson, Colorado As we leave our dear old school, we hope we leave good tid mgs for all and for all a good byel . .
