What do you get when you cross a lot of talented young people, a script and a lot of hard work? ‘‘Splendor in the Grass” was what the Play Productions class came up with in December. Few people realize what gigantic amounts of work go into the production of a play. Besides casting and rehearsing, there | are problems with the lighting and @ sound, sets and scenes, costumes and makeup. After weeks of struggling with all those problems, Play Productions gave an excellent performance of “Splendor in the Grass”, a welcome bit of enter- tainment before the Winter holidays. sumer M Ue 1.
