Qftglfle This group of Fillies met bi-monthly during the year in order to plan service and social activities for the feminine half of Crawford High School. The President, Suzi Patz, kept this club active and fast moving, and under her leadership the annual all-girl talent show, Fillies Follies , was presented for the enjoyment of all Crawford girls. Other activities included a doughnut sale, a book collection for settlement houses in the Philippines, and the pres- entation of April a la Mode , a girl's- drag dance, which officially announced the arrival of spring. The Girls' League provides our Fillies with added oppor- tunities for participation in extra-cur- ricular activities. f gf I sf , ,-rt? Under the leadership of Natalie Ault, this committee worked diligently to promote better communications between the many school or- ganizations, by working alongside of the Inter-Club Council. As a result, Crawford's activities have had few complications, and have been well organized for the enjoyment of all Crawfordites. This committee also helped plan the A.S.B. Ball, Mardi Gras , which was a big success for the A.S.B. as it netted approximately S50 profit for the school treasury. i ., rf-. ' up K KQMQJ 5J.!4Z5ffQl'l'l A815 , Under the leadership of Terry Milne, the Rallies and Assemblies Committee was respon- sible for many wonderful programs presented at Crawford this year. The enthusiastic cheering at football and basketball games may be largely attributed to the Committee's efforts in planning imagin- ative rallies to encourage pep and school spirit. The song' and cheerleaders, Mr. Morphew, and the student representatives who comprise the committee have spent many profitable hours working on gimmicks that were used in rallies, and in planning the pro- grams of our fine assemblies. ' nga ' .geclera fion Under the direction of Bob Odle cmd composed of representatives from the boys' gym classes, the Boys' Federa- tion worked hard this year to promote a better understanding between the members of the male portion of Craw- ford High School. They co-sponsored two dances with the Girls' League: Autumn Round-up , and an after game dance to which the admission was free with the donation of a bundle of old clothing. During the spring, Boys' Federation held their annual Crawford Car Show, BOB ODLE President which gave many car-crazy Crawford- ites a chance to show off their chariots. One of their money-making projects was a Crawford beanie sale, which made the car show possible.
