Slave Day was narrated by San Diego's noted disc jockey, Shadoe Jackson, from KCBQ. There were thirty girls and three boys sold, the highest bid was 55.00. RALLIES St ASSEMBLIES X The Rallies and Assemblies Com- mittee is responsible for planning and presenting Crawford's rallies and assemblies. The committee is constantly striving for the promotion of school spirit. Rallies held during football and basketball seasons were responsible for the energetic participation on be- half of the student body. The song and cheerleaders, Mr. Jackson and student representatives ,composed the committee. Under the leadership of Judy Sinclair, chairman, and Terry Milne, secreta ry, it has worked to solve the problems of communication between the various school organiza- tions. Because of this patience ,Q-le and work, activities on our campus have progressed 'K s Q. ,js .,. X i ,Q is 1.e 1.l': smoothly without conflicting interruptions. The A.S.B. Ball and the Inter-Club Council are their major contributions.
