Filosa R Carpino and R Black represented us as our Junior Carnival candidates while I Borello and D Haas were our Yearbook candidates J Scherff led the pep club as one of the cheerleaders Reporting on news for the CHRONICLE wasl Scherff Representing us on the gridiron were F Esposito D Haas K Filosa N Girard D Cukjati B Zagar R Peace H Busse and T Wyland On the hardwood we saw B Zagar, F Esposito P Morgan K Filosa J Gorenc D Haas R Crepinsek S Markus and J Musso Out for track we found R Black F Esposito J Gorenc D Haas R Glickenberger K Filosa R Peace P Morgan and B Zagar Thus com- pleting our first step on the road to success we traveled on to become Sophomores While losing D Cukjati S Andrews and P Tuminello we gained R Prokaski and at mid- term F Janezic Our class sponsors were Miss Schilling and Mr Elnicki Class officers were F Esposito President I Borello Vice President V Ales Secretary K Filosa Treasurer We were represented by B Chiappetta and J Gorenc on the Student Council Roving Reporter for our class was J Scherff V Ales was our pep club treas- urer Our candidates for the Junior Carnival were J Gorenc and K Filosa Our Yearbook candidates were M Orlando and P Morgan J Scherff was chosen cheerleader for the second year Representing our undefeated football team were B Zagar K Filosa R Crepinsek J Gorenc D Haas T Wyland R Glrckenberger P Morgan and R Prokaski ln basketball B Zagar Journeyed along with the first team to the State Tournament the B Team were R Prokaskr S Markus K Filosa R Creprnsek I Musso H Busse D Haas J Gorenc and F Esposito Out for spring training for track were R Ghckenberger R Creprnsek J Gorenc D Haas S Markus R Peace and B Zagar Having finished another step we became Juniors Joining our class were R Locke and D Kessler leaving were R Prokaski and B Alberty Guiding us this year were Mrs Riley Mrs DeMart Mr Hamm and Mr McDonald Bringing order to our meetings was B Zagar with K Filosa ready in his absence F Janezrc kept our minutes while S Markus kept track of all of our funds I Borello treasurer and P Morgan were on the Student Council C McClendon was chosen as treas urer of the pep club The Mardi Gras was the setting for our Junior Carnival J Tassi and R Crepinsek had J the honor of being crowned King and Queen Our carmval was a smaslung success Reporting for the CHRONICLE were B Chiappetta J Tassi C McClendon J Scherff and K Filosa J Scherff was chosen as cheerleader Trying for the Yearbook crowns were V Ales and B Zagar We had the honor of having B Zagar crowned as Yearbook king After much fun and preparation we had our Jurnor and Senior banquet Our theme was RHAPSODY IN BLUE Representing us at Girls State were I Borello and B Chiappetta Going to Boys State were K Filosa P Mor gan and R Creprnsek C McClendon B Chrappetta and I Borello received the high honor of being initiated into the National Honor Society Helping with the success of our undefeated football team were N Girard J and J Gorenc were on the A Team in basketball F Esposito H Busse D Haas S Markus K Filosa P Morgan and J Musso were on the B Team R Creprnsek J Gorenc D Haas H Busse R Glickenberger K Filosa R Peace T Wyland and B Zagar were out for track Getting prepared for our biggest and greatest step we advanced to become Seniors Class sponsors were Mr Rowland and Mr Nicoletu Class officers were President B Zagar Vice President I Borello Secretary F Janezic Treasurer R Black J Gorenc was the Student Council president R Carpino Secretary I Tassr and I Scherff were both chosen to lead the pep club as cheerleaders Presiding over the pep club meetings was C McClendon with I Borello Vice President and V Ales Treasurer B Chiappetta and J Musso were chosen as our candidates for the Junior Carnival V Ales and R Black were crowned Queen and King of the Yearbook Editors of the CHRONICLE were C McClendon and B Chiappetta The rest of the staff was made up of M Gobl J Gorenc C Graham M Orlando R Smith R Carpino I Borello K Filosa I T assi V Ales and I Scherff Co Editors of the Yearbook were J Tassr and I Borello B Zagar I Scherff and R Carpino had the honor of being elected to the National Honor Society Our foot ball team was led to victory throughout the season with B Zagar K Filosa J Gorenc D Haas T Wyland R Glickenberger N Girard and R Crepinsek On the basketball court K Filosa B Zagar R Crepinsek and I Gorenc helped Arma to an outstanding season Blue and silver were selected as the class colors Black Eyed Susan as the class flower and the motto Those Who Look Ahead Seldom Fall Behind Students lost during the senior year were C Baloh N Garbrn C Sara D Kessler and R Locke Having finished our four happiest years we walked on along the road to greater success .
