Graduation night will always be remembered by us, the class of '57, Through- out the rest of our lives, whenever we may be recalling the warm memories of our four wonderful years at Crater, may we be able to say, That was indeed a great moment. It was a milestone in our lives--our first step up the stairs toward a new life. We did not know what the future had in store for us, but it was on that night that we dedicated ourselves to the service of our master and our generation in hopes that we might be worthy of their cause. We had studied, labored, and loved, and as we stood there at the' climax ofour formal education we made a sincere promise to better ourselves and our society.
