Hats Off” Says Principal Lindquist ORVILLE LINDQUIST B. S. State Teachers College, Minot, North Dakota. M.S. U. of North Dakota, Grand Forks, North Dakota. Compliments go to the annual staff and their advisor for this 1960 annual. It is wonderful to have a lasting memory of school days with school activities combined together in one place such as a school annual. School without activities would be, in my esti- mation, of no value and activities with no school would also be valueless. Therefore, actual academic learning and activities work hand in hand without actually realizing the effort and time it takes to make the two a worthwhile combination. It takes patience, perseverance, a will to do, a will to learn and interest on the part of the student, teacher, parent and board of education to make the school an effective, workable unit. Hats off again to the annual staff, and may due recognition be given each individual, group or anyone making our school a better place to grow. School Board Left to Right: Tom Jenkins, Chairman; Chas Miler, Director; Allen Otley, Director; Alberta Colantino, Clerk; Dorothy Carson, Director.
