Ever Changing Music Just as life is ever changing, so is music. In keeping with these changes, the music depart- ment made many transitions. New drums were purchased, with the help of the community, to be used by the band. The twirlers carried blue and gold pom-poms, while the cheerleaders exhibited the school colors by carrying flags. Guitar lessons were given for one semester to those students enrolled in General Music and Girls Glee Club. With each of these changes a deeper appreciation for music developed. 4

Practical Arts Considered Involuoble Vocational Agriculture and Home Economics were considered of great importance in shaping students' lives by preparing them to face reality in the future.
