Math, Science- Stepping-stones To Careers? Without realizinglit, people use both math and science in many different Ways. For example, in drafting, engineering, electronics, nursing, and even in the home, these two fields play a very important part of everyday life. Science and math are not only stepping-stones to ca- reers, but can also serve as the basis for com munity projects. The theme for this year's Science Club was Ecology , The club partici- pated in panel discussions, field trips and a na ture camp-out, These activites promoted an interest in saving our environment and in pro- gressing the idea of ecology. 4' 1 l l , A . ,s .
