SENIOR CLASS HISTORY Our senior year a year we can be proud of because of the many things we have accomplished This year our biggest job was the school annual Of course we're prejudiced, but we think its the best ever put out At the District Play Contest, the seniors held their own by receiving an WAN rating We didn't do too badly in forensics either The committee in charge of the Christmas dance did a bang up Job It really did look like a 'Winter Wonder land ' The Carnival was also a huge success And to top off everthing, half of the senior class was on the honor roll! We started out as a freshmen class of 63 Quite a few of us took part in many activities and although we didn't receive top honors we were learn ing about the high school life place rating was also received on our float in the Homecoming parade you can see, our sophomore year began to bring out our talents In fact, John erandine even went to the District Forensics Contest Our junior year started and we were finally upper classmen One of our big rojects as a class was the junior paper We published four issues of the Cardinal News For the Carnival we decided to be different and have a minstrel show we kept them nrolling in the aisles with things both in and out of the script Our two representatives from the junior class to the District Forensic Contest were Kathleen Compton and Charlotte Dluge Then, at last we had the privilege of putting on the biggest event of the year, the Junior Prom The theme 'Three Coins in a Fountainu provided a very romantic and beautiful setting All in all, we think we can be proud of the things we have accomplished We do realize though, that none of this would have been possible without the help and cooperation of our advisors, Mrs Tupper, Mr Babula, and Mr Goodrich, and every other teacher we've ever had 1 . . .
