theodor walker buhl entered torm v michigan college ot mining and technology Ted entered Cranbrook in the tall ot l958 as a titth torm boarder. l-le immediately impressed everyone as a quiet but attable person. Upon arrival at school he ioined the school band, and is now one ot its most avid members. On the athletic field Ted is a hard drivinq hurdler tor the track team durinq the sprinq. Although not winninq a letter, Ted's spirit and hustle added to the team's qreat showinq. Perhaps his qreatest achievement at Cranbrook was in the National Merit Scholarship Test. He was third ranked in his class and alonq with nine other boys trom this school, he is a semi-tinalist. With this high academic ratinq Ted should do very well in colleqe. Track 5, 61 National Merit Scholar lsemi-tinalistlg Band 5, 6. We couldn't find a mule l like the tall silent type tim casey entered form i northwestern Tim, in his six years at Cranbrook, has entered into almost every torm ot activity that is ottered. His contributions have ranged trorn a part in the annual Christmas Mummer's play in the tirst torm to the important post ot sports editor for the Crane his senior year. Scholastically, Tim has always been outstandinq. as he has maintained a well above Honors average. His scholastic ability was attested to when he was named a semi-tinalist in the National Merit Scholarship competition. Athletic- ally he has been a member ot the trackpwrestling, and tootball teams, letterinq in the latter this year. lt can truly be said that Tim is a veteran ot Cranbrook institutions. as he spent eight years at Brookside including iunior and senior kinderqarden before his six years here.
