From his freshman year Joe took his team to four straight State Tournament appear- ances: The 1977-78 First Round Finalists, the 1978- 79 State Champions, The 1979-80 State Semifinal- ists, and the 1980-81 State Runner-Ups. Joe has been a member of the All Confer- ence, All Area, and the All- star teams in both class A and B.
