That's when 5' 1' there's an extra day in February. It happens every four years. Yeah, now I remember. There are 29 days instead of 28. Why do they do that anyway'? lt has to do with the sun's rotation around the earth. It takes 36574 days to complete one revolution. Oh, I get it. they have to add that day so that the seasons will occur at the same time. Right! So what it really amounts to is this year is longer than the rest. Now do understand?
