October 10 was the date set for the 1970 Football Homecoming. At half-time ceremonies, Janis Wood, es- corted by David Reinkemeyer, was crowned Homecoming Queen. The Tigers defeated the Butler County Grizz- ley Bears 21-14. But the climax of the game came when defensive end, Lynn Graham, intercepted a pass. He ran 67 yards to the Bears 18 yard line, which resulted in the Tigers' winning touch down. Queen Janis and escort David Reinkemeyer. N l fffhc -, I Queen Janis reigns over dance. Serving as attendants were Sondra Dorsey, Mary Blatchford, Cathy Bay, Queen Janis, janet Weston, Wilma Schulz, and Marsha Kreyer. Entertainment was provided by a group from Ark. City, known as The Sly and Wicked. Their style includes various types such as Rock, Popular, jazz, and Blues. Many couples attended and enjoyed the dance which followed the game. -.ia F. . f-v 'T 1 c
