PRESIDENT JQHNSQN Dr. Paul M. johnson has been a member of the college faculty since 1931. During those years he taught subjects in the field of social sciences, particularly political science. I-Ie was the sponsor of the TIGER TALES from 1945 until about 1962, and sponsor of the yearbook in the late 1930's and early 4O's. l-le is past pres- ident of the Ark City Rotary Club. Dr . johnson became the dean of the junior College in 1964. Under his super- vision, the college grew and flourished, and Dean johnson became the President of Cowley County Community junior College. THE DEANS William S. Scott was named Academic Dean of CCCJC in August of 1966. His duties in- clude directing the academic program and affairs of the students Anton F. Buffo is the dean of vocational-technical education for CCCIC. Dean Buffo will be director of the vocational techni cal school soon to be opened in this area. 5
