THE BA D OF TIGERLA D Never in the illustrious history of our fair school has there been such an aggregation of accomplished musicians as has donned the Orange and Black this year. They have been the vanguard of our gladiators and marched triumphantly through the streets of fallen foes. Their dulcet tunes of jazz and sugar-blues have fallen upon our ear, and their fendifion of the Tiger-song has made many an enemy shake with fear! Like so many bees has our busy band buzzed from out the ACJC hive: They've marched in the Arkalalah parade, played at the Coronation of Queen Alalah, been the nebulus of most pep rallies, entertained at football and basketball gamesg serenaded at a social, gave a concert or twog furnished music for assemblies, and even found time co practice once in a while. . . . This year a special group of musicians formed a novel group dubbed the German Band. This 'band' played only for special events and be- came somewhat famous as they played numerous local and out-of-town engagements, and also appeared on television. 5 12 x im niuiflwlI2-91T.SvsI's'v1'r11n!xwIiSx1'iDkTits'ETh1rm-v.wsu-5am'Rf'-iran.-mn1rbZH'N.
