COVINGTON HIGH SCHOOL TROJAN COVINGTON, INDIANA 1972-1973 NATURAL HIGH Theme ..................2 Competition ............8 Just Fun ..............48 The Body ..............74 Helping Us Along......120 Middle School Division ..128 Acknowledgement ......160 ■ Natural High is blowing your mind on the things around you whether in times of good grades and new friends or during pain or a conference loss putting your whole self into every moment. 5 Natural High is celebrating every victory whether it is winning with the team or just reaching the goal that you made for yourself in spite of any obstacles you meet as you strive. 7 (Far left) The Senior float “Have We Got A Fall For You” best describes the attitude of the Trojans on Homecoming. (Top) The Juniors Trojan Machine put out a fine effort to move the Trojans on to victory. (Middle) Spirit was skyrocketing as the football team was being boosted on to victory. (Below) Coach Hunter looked very optimistic as he focused his thoughts on the battle that lay ahead with the North Putnam Cougars. (Far left) The Freshman Class cheered the Trojans Unto Victory with their second place float. (Left) The spirit within the fans was sparked by the Sophomore’s float, Shock It To ’Em . 9 Luscious Fay Beilis Homecoming Queen This year’s Homecoming queen candidates, queen attendants, and escorts are from top to bottom: Vicki Talbert and Bruce Rainey, seniors: Donna Strawser and John King, seniors; Sandy Curtis and Pete Hanson, seniors; Diane Moore and Clay Gerling, sophomores. Barb Hegg and Wes Blizzard, seniors; Raquel Hunt and Randy Crain, 1972 Homecoming Queen and senior escort; Alice Conner and Rick Abernathy, freshmen; Lisa Johnson and Larry War-nick, juniors. 10 Historic Overtime Gridiron Victory! The stimulation of homecoming was made complete by the first football overtime victory in IHSAA history. The glory of this exciting night was found in both the glamour of the crowning ceremonies and the ruggedness of the game. it We Are Number One! 12 Coach Ashton handled offensive ends and Coach Grenat took care of the linemen, defensive halfbacks. Coach Partezana handled all offensive backs except quarterbacks. 13 Head Coach Hunter was in charge of the quarterbacks. With eight wins and two losses, Covington enjoyed one of it's greatest football seasons this year. The varsity was strong on the field while Covington fans cheered their team to victory. Facing the undefeated North Montgomery Chargers was the biggest show of strength the Trojans had displayed. They began with spirit and pride and left the field with the crowd raising them in enthusiasm. Neither the cold frosty air nor those warm muddy nights could surpress the natural high the Trojans gained by simply competing. The feeling of the players is epitomized in this example of a Covington Trojan, padded and ready for play: “We go in with a desire to win for our team, school, fans and most of all for the con-tinuing pride we have in ourselves.” The Wabash River Conference trophy was presented with the memory of the long waiting period between practice till the final victory over the agonies of defeat. Covington Trojans are again number one with the team with pride, spirit, desire to win, and support of fans. 15 Junior Varsity The building of a first rate football team starts in Junior High and continues through the Junior Varsity. This year’s Junior Varsity did the hard job of preparing the younger boys for duty on the Varsity squad. The Junior Varsity practices with the Varsity, so they know what lies ahead for them. Under the watchful eyes of Coach Grenat and Coach Partezana, the team had a chance to develop some fine skills that will prove useful in playing football in the future. SECOND ROW: Coach Bell, David Hollowell, and Gale Van Pelt. (Right) Greg Clawson poses proudly as Captain of this year’s squad. Cross Country The conditioning of both mind and body is one of the chief objectives of high school athletics, especially cross country. This sport calls forth stamina that is unsurpassed in high school and separates those who want to excel from those who merely run for the exercise or because they had to. Those who really wanted to excel and were in excellent condition this year not only lettered and won trophies, but they received one of the greatest high’s” in their lives. Nine young men exerted enough energy and willpower to earn a letter this year. Seven of these speedsters went on to win the Bi-County trophy for the third year in a row. Our runners not only defended the title but defended our school spirit as well. 18 (Left) Gale Van Pelt demonstrates the style that earned him a berth on the Conference team. The team strove for unity like every team that wishes to be successful. Coach Rater’s mighty TROJANS combined their effort unselfishly to work as a team. The determined Covington Trojans sparked up to defeat the Attica Ramblers and gain revenge on the Fountain Central Mustangs to win their fourth consecutive Holiday Tourney. Dealing Benton Central only their second loss of the season was one of the most exciting basketball contests of the 1972-1973 season. The game against the Bisons went into a double overtime with the TROJANS prevailing by two, 73-71. One week after upsetting Benton Central the TROJANS handed North Montgomery their first conference loss. The close, hard fought game was a battle to the final seconds with the elated TROJANS going to the showers with another well-deserved victory. Going into the Fountain Central sectional with seven other tough teams, all fired up and fighting for victory, the River Rats put forth tremendous effort and beat the North Vermillion Falcons in the opening game of the sectional. The semi-finals of the sectional put the River Rats against a strong Seeger team. This well-matched game sent the Indians back to their tee-pees—defeated. In the final game of the sectional the River Rats met their arch-rivals, Fountain Central for the third and last time. The TROJANS gave everything they had into that game, but the clock ran out on them with the Mustangs ahead by a slim four points, thus ending the memorable year of the “River Rats. Trojans Prove To Be Crowd Pleasers Greg Kiger powerhouses through Fountain Centrals' Keeling and Crane to capture this rebound during the final game of the sectional. 23 Trojans Earn Nickname FIRST ROW, Left to Right: Barbara Hegg, Karin Scering, Vicki Talbert, Cindy Suzuki, Muff Bardos. THIRD ROW: Assistant Coach Hobaugh, Kenny Cope, Tim Parke, Dean Dunham, Bruce Ford, Kevin Hauk, Dave Williams, Dave Hollowell, Coach Rater. The Covington basketball team also earned a name for itself as one ball club that would guarantee a highly competitive game. Coaches Rater and Hobaugh and the team learned that it took many hours of hard practice before they could revel in the glory of victory. The River Rats came home with the fourth consecutive Holiday Tourney Trophy. They beat Attica in the first game which gave them a chance to get revenge on Fountain Central. Coach Rater and Co-captain Greg Kiger proudly accept the Holiday Tourney trophy for the team. 24 of Mighty River Rats (At Left) Co-captain Kevin Hauk cuts down the Holiday Tourney net as a symbol of victory. This spread sponsored by SPORTSMANS SHOP, INC 27 Record-Breaking Track Team Even from the beginning of the season, Coach Bell knew that this team could keep up with any other team from any school. They won the Bi-County and brought home the trophy from the Attica Relays. They scored a strong third in the WRC meet and their five man sectional entry placed fifth. Six school records were broken and a new one established in the discus event. Greg Clawson lowered the 880 standard to 2:04.8. Dean Dunham smoothed down the 220 mark to 21.9. Kenny Drollinger stretched the high jump record to 6’1%”. Greg Kiger flashed to 50.7 in the 440. The new discus throw was 114'8Vi” by Zach Thomas. In addition, Gary Myers, Dean Dunham, Greg Kiger, and Gale VanPelt lowered the 880 Relay record to 1:35.7, and exchanging Greg Clawson for Myers, streaked to the new 3:30.7 time for the Mile Relay. 1973 track team members: FIRST ROW: Dave Williams, Gale VanPelt, Kenny Drollinger, Bruce Goodrich, Greg Kiger, Greg Clawson, Zach Thomas, Dean Dunham. SECOND ROW: Bruce Gritten, Jeff Woodrow. David Miller, Gary Myers, Nick Conklin, Frank Alan Vickery, Kirk Adams, Kelly Bord, Denny Beavers, Charles Masulis, Cal Likins, Brad Dunham. BACK ROW: Vicki Talbert, Coach Bell, Matt Beckelhymer, Brian Wynkoop, Greg McCubbin, Bruce Ford, Steve Talbert, Steve Starkey, Tim Parke, Tim Daniels, Chris Bowling, Mike Pearson, Tim Foley. 28 Perhaps the reason we did so well is because we functioned as a team, as one working unit. We worked hard and when we rested, our minds were still on running, jumping, and throwing the discus. Coach Bell was a big influence because he made us become athletes and demanded excellence. It was nice to have some working non-athletes, like the managers and our statistician Vicki Talbert around to lend a hand. 29 Trackers Work Together to Win One of the most impressive assets of the Covington track team was its undefeated mile relay squad (top left) composed of Greg Kiger, Greg Clawson, Gale Van Pelt, and Dean Dunham. Their best won the WRC in 3:30.7. Bruce Goodrich (top middle) ended the season as most improved track athlete. His third place finish in the WRC Mile Run was one of the finest gut performances ever recorded by a junior. Zach Thomas (above) competed in the season’s new event, the discus throw, establishing a mark of 114’8Vi”. Kenny Drollinger (left) set a school record in the high jump by leaping 6’1’ 4”. He was also the winner at the WRC meet. Different Strokes For Different Folks Varsity Golf entered its terrible two’s as a WRC sport. Even that was almost aborted by on-again, off-again, on-again rulings by the school board. Though unsuccessful as far as meet scores were concerned, Covington’s golf team showed promise in its youth. Team medalist and captain Larry Compton and occasional scoring leader Doug McCubbin were sophomores. Others who do not care for contact sports may make golf their bag in future seasons if they can know from fall to spring how to plan and practice for this challenging game. Golf Team Members always rode in style in new station wagons furnished by Neitzel's Chevrolet-Buick. They are LEFT TO RIGHT: Kevin Brier, Tim Ramey, Dave Hollowell, Larry Compton, Phil Curtis, Doug McCubbin, and Bill Carter. 32 Larry Compton (left) demonstrates the reason for his team medalist finish in the WRC meet by staying down on his putt and following through to the hole. Sometimes the best way to get it together for the next tee is just to sit and think about it, like Doug McCubbin (above). 33 Another Cold, Wet Spring Slowed the CHS Diamond Machine HUM Sometimes the bats thundered their power against defenseless horsehide. Sometimes they simply whistled in the wind. Sometimes the sturdy sinews of throwing arms saved our side. Sometimes the youth of the competitors aged the coaches. Serving North Montgomery its only conference loss was one of the high points. Getting clobbered by Turkey Run, Rockville, and a few others were the lows. But what is a team to do? It was too wet or too cold or too early or too late to get in enough practice to convert “sportsmanship” to fierce competitiveness and hone to a fine edge the raw talent that suited up for CHS. Baseball Team members are kneeling, left to right: Mike Gross, Jeff Dennis, Kirk Adams, Dennis Starkey, Gary Myers, Clay Gerling, Barry Elliot. STEPHENS 36 RciqiMS Hiqh . . . on Pigtail Day . . . among teachers . . . at pep sessions . . . and elsewhere The Loud Crowd The CHS cheerleaders with their natural enthusiasm and spirit led many fans to boost the TROJANS to many great, important victories. Their own exuberance propelled the crowd’s emotions into one central giant, who screamed in delight at a score and groaned like a great wounded beast at their beloved team’s mistakes. With their sparkling smiles and cherry personalities they built the spirit of Covington High School to an insurmountable peak. Their machine-like precision clicked constantly as they exhibited the energy and talents that constitute a CHS cheerleader. The varsity squad, consisting of four “super” seniors and one “granite-faced junior, spent many hours preparing cheers for competition at the NCA Cheerleading at Vincennes University. The time spent getting together paid off as the squad earned four blue ribbons, two red ribbons.and a cherished spirit stick. They also were in the top 10% of all the squads that participated at camp. This week made the five individuals become one unit. Bringing home many new yells, chants, and spirit ideas, the squad worked to get every student, parent, teacher and fan sparked up to support all the mighty TROJANS. Every week locker signs were made and hall signs were painted, some of them a little mischievous. Pep sessions were planned to get the TROJANS mentally ready and to give them the support and boost they needed. Crazy days were planned by the cheerleaders to get every student to participate in the building up of spirit that has been envied by surrounding schools. The CHS cheerleaders and pep club members were blessed with the best. Mrs. Kay Hunter devoted a lot of precious time to sponsor three cheerleading squads and 157 pep club members. She helped work out problems and offered a lot of helpful advice and ideas. Many thanks and appreciation is dedicated to her for making the 1972-73 cheerleading season a successful and cherished year to remember. 38 The Varsity Cheerleaders modeling their wardrobe of uniforms (Top left) are Vicki Talbert, Muff Bardos, Barb Hegg. Attorney Kip White, a former Covington student and honor jacket winner, gave a humorous speech as an introduction to his explanation of awards. Superintendent William Holstine presented the awards, assisted by high school principal Irvin Maymon and guidance director James Griswold. Honor jackets, honor pins, and certificates represent devotion to academics. These awards are presented each year to students that have been named for the distinguished semester honor roll, semester honor roll, or six weeks honor roll. Sponsors of the banquet and awards program are the American Association of University Women and College Men's Club. Awards are donated annually by Fountain Trust Company and Interstate Sand and Gravel Company. 44 This spread sponsored by HEGG FUNERAL HOME Dot Miller, student council president, (far left) expressed the students’ appreciation for the awards. Five senior girls earned straight A’s throughout high school to earn seven chevrons, the greatest number possible, for their scholastic honor jackets. Academic awards were presented by the faculty, music awards were presented by Mr. Bosche and Mrs. Williams, Mrs. Hunter awarded the outstanding art student, Miss Davis honored the Home Ec. award winners, Mr. Quivey presented awards for Vo-Ag, Mr. Maymon congratulated class scholars, track awards were presented, office girls and cheerleaders were recognized, drama awards were given, new Quill and Scroll members were honored, National Honor Society initiated new members, and the Library Award was presented. The school, however, was not monopolizing on the presentation of awards, the VFW, DAR, Mother’s Club, Tri Kappa, Psi lota Xi. Fountain County Extension Homemakers, Mu Epsilon Lambda, the Cook Education Trust Fund and other civic and honorary groups presented awards and scholarships to students to forge a link between community and school. Greg McCubbin (upper left), class salutatorian, opened the program with a speech admonishing the audience, especially graduating seniors, to use time to the best advantage. A convocation produced by major league baseball stars presented the student body warnings against drug abuse. A visit from Project Concern representatives gave us a lesson in humanities. Some teachers felt that people more experienced in the topic that they were teaching could help their classes, so they arranged to have experts visit their classes. Ted Hardy related information about bees and hives to Mr. Bell's classes and Miss Davis allowed time for Mr. Bodine and Officer Jennings to visit her classes. (Left) Mr. Bodine of the Bodine and Shelby Funeral Home and State Trooper Jennings explain the functions of an ambulance to the Home Ec class. 49 Onions In The Stew The presentation of the Senior play was one of the most spectacular dramatizations within the walls of Covington High. The play’s setting was an old, rambling Cape Cod style house on Vashon Island off the coast of Washington. The house and family were besieged by clanking water pipes, flickering lights, and a rather strange array of houseguests. The plot involves Betty and Don MacDonald (Gail Hoffman and Greg McCubbin) as they endeavor to settle into the large house on Vashon Island. Joan and Anne (Dot Miller and Barb Hegg), their two teen-age daughters, try to retain the previous friendships they had while living in Seattle. The hilarity begins when they make some male acquaintances on the island. Somehow, through all of this conglomeration, the MacDonalds discover a small part of themselves and find that they can adapt to the complexities of island life. 50 Junior Play The 1973 Junior Play involved an extensive amount of mental and physical strain. It involved three solid weeks of practice every night of the week and a couple of Fridays and a Sunday. The last week of practice things weren’t progressing very well. It seemed as if everything we had built up in the previous two weeks was beginning to collapse. Rather than let it get us down, we put forth a group effort to build each other’s confidence up. When the big night finally arrived, our inexperience began to show. Before the play we wished each other good luck. At this time our directors Mrs. Hegg and Mr. Ashton explained to us that on stage, never say “Good Luck”, say “Break a Leg.” With these inspiring words, “Home Sweet Homicide” was on its way. The Carstairs children, Dinah (Mary Murphy), Aoril fValli Martini, and Archie (Bruce Goodrich) try to (Above) Junior play members relax on stage as they make plans for the party at Portland Arch after the play. When a lady is murdered next door, the children get right to work on finding the clues and planting a few of their own so their mother can take credit for solving the murder case and her books will sell better. When the handsome, unmarried police lieutenant, Bill Smith (Darrell Hughes) shows up to ask routine questions, they do everything imaginable to play matchmakers and to solve the mystery. At last the children find the murderer and credit their mother with the discovery. With the murder solved, there is only one more problem. Dinah catches everyone off guard when she asks Bill if he would like to marry their mother. As all happy stories go, Bill and Marian fall in love and to this day are living happily ever after. Kevin Hauk demonstrated one of the lesser known crafts that are taught at Covington, the turning of bowls on a wood lathe. (Top) These three judges, Carmen Abernathy, Roy Zenor, and Virginia Frey, posed in front of the exhibit that they chose as first, American Indian. (Above) Dot Miller gives an exhausted smile as she displays one of the sand candles that she worked so hard to produce. 54 Worlds of Art The third annual Art Show, student-produced by the Art Club, was based on the art mediums used by various cultures. The club started out strong with plans for eight cultures to fill the show, but, due to lack of participation and organization, was consolidated to five. The chairmen of these five groups, Mexico, Folk Art USA, Modern Black Art, American Indian, and Egypt, put in countless hours trying to plan and construct exhibit booths that would hold interest and hold together. Even though the Egyptian pyramid fell flat, the show did hold interest because those that worked on it centered their attention on activities that excite students. 55 Marsena Howard, Judy Hardy, and Tim Daniels receive last-minute coaching from their teacher, Mrs. Williams as they prepare for the state choral festival. Concert Band Brings It All Inside The Covington Band started the school year by working on the basic marching fundamentals. The work was hard, but the time went quickly for the Marching Trojans. As the football season progressed, so did the expertise of the band. Featuring each section of the band in alternating routines provided a well-received variety. The Marching Trojans, under the guidance of Mr. Bosche, were always a welcome half time attraction at home football games. Besides performing at the ball games, the band traveled to Attica, Veedersburg, and Crawfordsville to perform in parades. The high-stepping Trojans earned numerous honors and much praise. Concert Band gives the students a chance to show off their musical skills. This year's Concert Band first prepared for their annual Christmas concert. Next was the pre-tour concert and band tour. The band spent a rather wet three days at College Corners, Ohio. The setting was the beautiful Hueston Lodge. Although it was raining outside, the kids amused themselves by playing cards, pool, pinball, swimming, or found friends to share good times with. The second afternoon the entire band toured the National Air Force Museum. On the way home the band stopped to watch BAREFOOT IN THE PARK at the Avondale Dinner Theater. The band then prepared for Spring Show. After its production, the group played for graduation commencement exercises. 60 Senior girl drummer Denita Cadman goes solo In “Your Father’s Band president Tony Barker worked hard to co-ordinate acts for Mustache during a band tour concert at Seeger Memorial High Spring Show and almost cooperated with Director Bosche. Even the attempts at humor sparkled pure and clean. The music that flowed through the MPR was varied and refreshing. Formerly unheralded as a soloist, Robert Vickery, joined the ranks of local singing stars Dave Allen and Mike Lyons in bringing down the house. The girls’ barbershop quartet and duets by Dot Miller and Becky Elliott picked it up from there, and the Lab Band topped them all. For a change, the chairs were empty and the floor was filled when the band played. The meal was delicious. Everyone was dressed gorgeously. Then all the fun broke loose as first Mr. Bell, then Mr. Ashton drove the other dancers to the sidelines with their sensuous steps. This annual event, designed to keep students from running around and getting drunk, is sponsored financially by the Coffeenians. This group’s support and participation allow students to have a place to go after the prom to be entertained at absolutely no cost to student. This year’s theme was LaRoue de Fortune, or Wheel of Fortune. Blackjack, roulette, bingo, and other modes of gambling were provided for the revelers to game away the chips supplied by their hosts. Hot dogs, munchies, and cokes were available at no charge. Entertainment, billed as being directly from Las Vegas, amused the tired but happy celebrators. 67 Purple Caps and Gowns Brightened Seniors’ Final Exit Baccalaureate and Commencement programs included two notable breaks with tradition. Seniors donned purple caps and gowns for the first. Senior class president and vice-president Mike Lyons and Fay Beilis preceded the introduction of the Commencement speaker by presenting gifts to senior sponsors Miss Smith and Mr. Patton. Before diplomas were awarded to the graduates, Indiana's Senator Birch Bayh stuffed his prepared speech into his coat pocket and purported to deliver an impromptu issue of sagacity. Consensus of opinion among the seniors was that the pocketed speech was the better of the two. Earlier in the afternoon, the Class of 1973 was blessed by Rev. Robert Miller's sermon and melodious selections from the chorus. Kevin Hauk (right), a 1973 CHS graduate, is assisted by his grandmother Mrs. Gladys Little Hauk, a 1923 CHS graduate. 68 Robert Miller (above), United Methodist Church minister and father of one of the graduates, stirred the Baccalaureate audience with an exhortation to “Bloom Where You Are Planted.” Mike Lyons and Fay Beilis (left) led the purple-robed seniors in their processions to graduation exercises. This spread sponsored by ROBERT NORMA HAUK AND FAMILY 69 70 All the Emotions Of the Past Years Began to Swell Up In Each Graduate Anticipation, Sorrow, Joy— Until the Final Moment When the Only Feeling Was Tearful Relief Eat, Drink, And Get Wet But after graduation, there was still a week of school for everyone else. It was a week of turning in text books, taking exams, and throwing parties. Since English and Journalism teacher and yearbook adviser and Junior class sponsor Mr. Ailes had been canned (probably an attempt to keep him fresh) effective at the close of school, a mob of students surprised him with a going-away party. There were cakes, cookies, candy, punch, and other goodies to share. A scrapbook was presented to him filled with mementos of his years at CHS. Then, joining in the spirit of his dismissal, several boys carried Mr. Ailes to the showers and threw him in, hoping to cleanse him. Surprisingly, he did not say a single obscene, vulgar, or suggestive thing during the whole ordeal! Not even when Mary Murphy smeared a cupcake all over his face. We weren’t surprised. This year we could not have minicourse, but we hope to have it again next year. Student Council looked forward to receiving an exchange student from Benton Central. This was primarily to find out about the extra-curricular activities of other schools. The council sponsored Lollipop Day for the American Cancer Society. Student Council as a whole is essential to the students as it provides them with a voice in the governing of the school. waIIace waIIace CAMpbEll ANd buNch LAWYERS 121 Determination and Nerve One of the most important facets of school life is the administration — the men and women that keep our school running in proper order. It takes a lot of brains and sometimes a lot of nerve to manage the school’s affairs. Any number of problems arise during the course of the school year that require first hand knowledge of the situation. The solving of this sort of dilemma is left up to the faculty and our principal. The major ones — the truly big decisions — come up before the school board. At the head of these dedicated men is the president Erwin Johannes. This job needs a man; especially when controversial issues come up. Take for example the precedentsetting Ailes case. Mr. Ailes was charged with making indecent and suggestive remarks to girl students. As a result of the hearing, Mr. Ailes was suspended for part of the semester without pay and received new teaching assignments. These youngsters were only beginning to gain control of their coordination, were still learning the fine points of the game, and were competing against schools with much bigger boys on their teams. But Covington’s youthful ball squads showed them that at this age size is unimportant by winning the seventh grade tourney and eighth grade tourney. Neither the seventh nor the eighth grade finished with a winning season. Regardless of this there were still twenty-five determined young boys still trying harder at the end of the season. Running and jumping through the muggiest and the coldest weather never seemed to discourage the mighty mini-Trojans. Their determination was displayed in each move they made. Spiering 159 We tried to make this yearbook unique and to capture the feeling that goes with all activities at Covington High School. We have attempted to use artwork and creative page layouts to increase the pleasure of looking through the book. The Middle School section was included to present our neighbors across the street. We were forced to abide with one major hindrance this year, Mr. Ailes’ suspension. The school board’s decision came during the latter part of the first semester. Mr. Ailes was absent during a very crucial time for the yearbook, but he returned at the beginning of the second semester to help us produce the book. Although this book is student work, the staff relies on Mr. Ailes’ advice with our ideas and his help to iron out many problems. A lot of people have joined the yearbook staff, but a few outstanding workers deserve special recognition. It is this small group of workers that I want to thank now. Mary Murphy was a constant help, especially with advertisements. Her keen wit and quick moods kept tedious jobs from becoming dull and boring. Dot Miller took time from her busy schedule to help with artwork and some collage work. Joanne Orr, Vicki Talbert, and Debbie Gremore worked many hours after school making layouts and writing copy. A thank-you goes to April Huff, Robin Myers, and Cheryl Masulis for lending their typing skills for Mini-Patrons and much copy. William's Colorcraft deserves a pat on the back for rushing orders the many times we were pressed for time. Charles Hancock, editor of the Covington Friend, and Kevin Bord of the Commercial-News donated some of their photography work for our use. Our friends, janitors Harry Keller and Mr. and Mrs. Myers let us in and out at odd times and late hours to different parts of the school to use equipment and get supplies.
