PRCPHECY Peggy Allen is working in the C 8: EI office at Danville. She really has it nice. Every morning there are fresh flowers on her desk. Seems they were sent from Lafayette. Tom Bennett is teaching aeronautics at one of Indiana's universities. Maybe Tom will help make the first' rocket to the moon. George Copsy has a herd of hot rods. Fords that is. He has one for each mem- ber of his family. He just about has enough to start a used car lot. Ralph Corey is the father of several children, two girls and two boys. He has a wonderful wife that loves him very much. He is living in Attica. Donna Dewlin is a secretary for the script writer in I Love Lucy. She is plan- ning to marry her preacher in june. Mack Fairchild is a fireman on a Diesel train running from Chicago to New York. He earns 3120 a week and is driving a new Oldsmobile. Elizabeth Ferguson is an operator for the Bell Telephone Company. She is writ- ing a book in the meantime entitled What Maud Told Effie on the Private Line. Pat Gasser has accepted the position as secretary for a lawyer. Pat is receiving a high salary and is doing fine work. Edward George is now the main technician of animal therapy at Iowa State. He accepted his position there after his invention of the tailless horse. Morrie Goodnight has attended Butler University. As far as sports are concerned, Butler never knew the meaning of fame until Morris attended. Between the girls and the coach - he's an All American. Albert Gritten is married and has moved his lovely wife and children to Cali- fornia. He is working at a factory and his wife is working at a 5-10c store. Billy Hale is driving in the H500 mile speed race. He doesn't have to worry about getting in a wreck either because his wife says she loves every piece of him. Her love may be scattered someday, though. Harold Hegg is operating a large pharmacy in Chicago and is making good money, but he still can't get ahead because of his ten kids. Janet Hovermale has just become 'Head Nurse' at Culver Hospital in Crawfords- ville. She says that she gets a 'bang' out of caring for some of her old school mates. Orris Howard is teaching Science in college. There was a rumor that he and a certain Senior were about to hear wedding bells. Pat Morton is now a leading hair stylist at M. G. M. Studios in Hollywood. Dean Noble is a mechanic at the Bever's Body Shop. He tears down three cars in one day and repairs one each week. Pattie Noble is working in Crawfordsville at the present. She's saving money like mad so as to tour the United States. Maybe she'll find that charming young Prince. Margaret Phillips is head nurse in Lake View Hospital in Danville, Illinois. She has had several offers from other cities to work in their hospitals, but it seems she prefers to stay close to home and a certain young fellow. Wanda Ping is married and the mother of two boys. They take after their father and tend to be rather tall. Wanda is hoping to have a girl that won't be so tall. Hubert Reed has just become engaged, but it isn't quite time for matrimony yet. He still hasn't built that pretty nest for two. Of course, it can always be expanded later on. Anne Ricketts has recently arrived home from Paris where she was modeling dresses. She is glad to be home with her husband. Treva Ricketts is working as a private secretary for the Governor of our fine In- diana State. Too bad one has to be single to hold such a fine position. She will be getting married soon and settling down on the banks of the Wabash. I Virginia Shelby is a nurse at the present. She was planning to continue her training and become a doctor, but matrimonial whispers have been heard, and she thinks it best to be a housewife. Frankie Smith drove in the 500-mile race in 1960. He has won several races since then. He has had two wrecks, banging himself up very badly and was put in the hospital for three weeks. Now you don't know Frank when you see himg he has a different face. Freeman Smith is married to Anne Ricketts. He owns a large dairy herd and is living happily. Barr Switzer is now a mana er at General Motors. Girls he isn't married - V . . ' But Gee! It looks as though he is a confirmed Bachelor. Patsy Thomas is a nurse at Lake View Hospital in Danville, Illinois. She is being transferred to a hospital in California. Lois Waldron is now a farmer's wife. She is living in the western part of Foun- tain County with a Wonderful Guy. She is also the mother of two freckle-faced, red headed boys.
