This year the ploy cast fried something new by performing a force-comedy instead of a musical and it was o huge success. It con- tained oil the elements of a com- edy including a dumb maid, a nosey neighbor, and even forgot- ten lines. Grandad Steps Out is the story of how a crotchety old man, ■ Grandad, gets sick of being bobied and told what to do so he goes out for a night on the town with his old buddies. He proceeds to worry everyone to death and even the police get in on it. But, it did hove a happy ending. 24 Class Play

Each prom hos ifs own Personality things that moke it special and unique The decorations ond people each odd port of themselves to moke the prom develop this personality That personality forms images that ore remembered throughout our lives Years from now we'll remember everything that mode the 1984 Junior- Senior Prom an occasion to remember The evening began with a dinner at the Piquo Country Club The dinner con- sisted of o solod steak baked potato rolls ond green beans At 8 o clock the donee began Music was provided by Doug Richards The rheme for this year's prom was Total Eclipse of the Heart Each person who was at the dinner received a wine golss with the theme ond the dote on it. After the dance most people went on to the Greenville YMCA where they hod full use of the gomes, the swimming pool, and some of the courts. At 4 o’clock doughnuts and milk were served Everybody then went home to sleep ond remember the mogic of a very special evening 26 Prom
