A Mr. Allmann began teaching at Covington High School in 1955. Not only did he teach his students bookkeeping, shorthand, economics, and business law: but he also aided the entire student body as adviser of the student council. He served as dean of boys and adviser to the yearbook staff for many years. Those who knew him realized the loss that was placed on the students of Covington High School. He was a great educator--dedicated to the teaching profession. In acknowledgement of his many contributions to Covington High School and the community, we wish to remember Ralph E.
