Zke 1966 Buccaneer We Higher the Work We Harder the Covington High School Covington, Ohio Volume XJX A Message Atom the Editor Many of us do not give much thought to setting up high goals while we are still in high school. After we graduate, we begin to realize how very important it is to do our best. We must face the challenging world ahead of us and can never turn back. Remember, “The Harder We Work, the Higher We Go.“ As you glance through this yearbook, we hope you will recall many happy moments of your years at Covington High School. We have tried to help organize some of these memories because they are the type that are treasured today and are priceless tomorrow. Patsy Bright Editor '66 Contents 3 Dedicated. . . ... to HELEN M„ HOLFINGER, English Teacher, Tri-Hi-Y and F.T.A. Advisor. 4 We, the students of Covington High School, have reached the place where we can stop for a moment and recall the many people who have been so helpful through our school journey. There is one person especially, who stands out among the rest; not only for her service to us, but also for her service to the entire commu- nity. It is for this reason that we dedicate the 1966 Buccaneer to Miss Helen M. Holfinger for her perpetual loyalty, friendliness and aid to all around her. 5 Quilting and _ Helping Us Zoward a Prosperous Juture are Ztiese Zwo Men As students come and go through the halls and classes of Covington High School, many fond memories are created.
