A Message From the Editor As years go by, we add precious links to our chain of memories. Many of these memories are added to this chain during our high school days through different events and activities. After our four years are over and we go out into a new kind of life, some memories of past happenings tend to slip into the back of our minds. We have hazy recollections of when they occurred and the people who were connected with them. We may forget names and remember only faces, or possibly we remember names and forget faces. A yearbook provides a lasting memory by linking past and present. As we look through this 1965 annual from time to time, we may be able to relive those occasions that meant something special to each of us. Shirley Cornwell 2
