Mr. C. S. Phillips, Superintendent, atten- ded Ball State Teachers College, Miami University and acquired a B.S. and an M.A. degree. He served as teacher at the Ross Township and Madeira Schools, and was Executive Head of Ripley-Union Schools for nineteen years. He has been a very active and capable Superintendent of the Covington Exempted Village Schools for the past four years. Mrs. Ralph (Mary) Hayes, was graduated from Newton High School. She served as clerk for the Village of Covington and is presently clerk of the Covington Board of Education. She is presently serving as Secretary to the Superintendent. Mr. Louis A. Apwisch, principal, graduated from Hamilton Fairfield. He attended Miami University, where he acquired a B.S. in Education and Master’s Degree. He was a teacher at C.H.S. for five years, and has been principal since 1952. Mrs. Sweigart, Secretary to the Principal, received her training at C.H.S. and has been with us for seven years.
