An anxious student body awaited the results which indicated that Jim Beckley had vvon the election in one of the clos- est races in Coventry's history.

The students often gather on the foot- ball tield to discuss new textbooks and old teachers or on the steps to give opinions of their new class- mates seen in the halls. Our boys, who take pride in their crew cuts, take time between classes to comb these curly locks for their favorite girls.
