It T Q. 1 ! If 4 The faculty is what a school is all about. What they can give is what the student came to receive. Since at Covenant the faculty is committed to the Lordship of jesus Christ, they attempt to present their particular field of study out of a Biblical perspective. In trying to acquire a broad foundation of ideas and viewpoints in order to integrate and build out of them one's own, based on God's revelation, a student needs teachers to help in understanding what the problems are and to present various viewpoints including their own for the student's consideration. The faculty can enable the student to begin developing a Christian view of reality, giving him a foundation on which to act as a Christian witness in the world. Supporting the educative process in a non-teaching capacity are the men and women who make up the administration. They are one link to the community, the churches and the prospective students. As it stands, they necessarily function to make the college financially stable in a very unstable society which caters to secular universities and colleges. ln their hands rests the difficult task of setting the school apart from society's norm and making it Christianly unique in the areas of business and recruitment. .
