Clerical Practice develops skills for cashiers, payroll clerks, sales, and other clerical and service jobs. Bookkeeping gives students a solid background of business information and a skill of personal and vocational value. Secretarial Practice trains professional secretaries and stenographers. Shorthand, dictation and transcription, English, and office etiquette, comprise the curriculum. Cooperative Office Education CCOEJ, is a co-op program for Seniors: grad- uating an office worker already adjusted to the business world.

The two year program involves learning both practical skills and technical knowledge such as chemistry, anaton' physiology and hygiene. Students are trained to pass the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology licensing exam. Some of the emplo ment opportunitief open to students are beauty salon operators, wig stylists, make-up artists, manicurist tech- nicians, traveling demonstrators, and teaching. - Q..
