CHEERLEADERS Generating spirit for the 1973-74 school year were the cheerleaders sponsored by Mrs. Joan Walker. Their efforts were rewarded by enthusiastic pep rallys and excellent attendance at all sporting events. The cheerleaders are: Ruthie Gangawere— Freshman, First year Jackie Jenkins— Sophomore, First year Melisa Coleman— Junior, Second year Jeanine David— Junior, Second year Janet McCall— Junior, Third vear Sharon Duke— Senior, First year Frances Weaver— Senior, Second vear Melanie Arinder— Senior, Third vear. Head Cheerleader Beginning their work in Mav of 1973 and continuing through May of 1974, these girls showed a true sense of lovaltv and devotion to the school.
