Sophomore Class History In the early fall of 1926 a group of highly excited girls and boys entered the Council Cmrove High School as the Freshman Class of 1926 and '27. We began the year with the usual bustling about the halls and corridors blissful, heedless of the taunts of the Upper Classmen and Sophomores. After we had settled down to regular school Work we met under the super- vision of the sponsors, Miss Fredenburg and Mr. Turnbull, and organized as a class, electing Max Barber president and Louise Pulliam vice president.
